Hidden gem in Bellevue. Located in a small strip mall and, if you come from Omaha, it looks inconspicuous as the front is facing the opposite way. However, their sandwiches are good and the right portion. There's something about flaky bread in banh mi that, though messy, makes it delicious with the right amount of crunch. Their bubble tea options are ok but I'd say if you go, do it for the sandwiches! Service is super efficient. I almost always go there for lunch as it's close to work.
I still come here all the time. Consistently perfect sandwiches with fresh Mayo, delicious veggies and perfectly fresh bread. They always have cute drink specials that they post on social media. The place is always clean and the service is always good and fast. Such a special place, I hope they stay around forever!
The milk and fruit teas were really great with custard pudding and lychee jelly. The shredding chicken banh mi was Amazing with the pickled carrots and cucumber- it tasted like maki sushi. Loved it!

Love love love the authentic Bahn Mi from The Bahn Mi Shop. I'm a Portland Oregon transplant and I love Vietnamese food. This place hits the spot! A definite must go, if you want Bahn Mi! Now if I can find a really good Pho restaurant!!
Authentic Banh Mi with homemade bread. I am sooo happy this place matched the hype I've heard around it. Since I moved from California I've been craving a Banh mi, and this did not disappoint! They have a wild variety of sandwich combinations and a limitless options for delicious boba. I cannot wait to return!
Wonderful hidden gem I stumbled upon. Hidden at the end of a little stripe mall, don't pass it by, it is everything you'd want. Cute, nicely done decor, clean and fantastic service. Extensive menu - so read through, because for a small little place they've got choices. I got the bugogi beef, butter fly lemon aid and shrimp snack crisps. Everything was delicious Crisps are just fun, butterfly lemonade is nicely done and not surgery sweet, the main event Banh mi sandwich- bread/roll done to perfection, good flavored kimchi, lightly pickled chucks and the vinegar veggie medley is perfect. All wonderful and would highly recommend!!!
This place is in my top three favorite restaurants for sure! I've been coming here for several years now and I've never been disappointed. I haven't had a bad sandwich, ever, but my favorites are the #1 cold cuts or the #2 lemongrass pork. I order mine with extra pickles, hoisin on the side, extra cucumber, and pickled jalpaneos. Oh so good I'm hungry just thinking about it! My husband is a fan of #5 the Chinese pork. You also need to try their sweet potato chicken curry. It's served with their bread and they'll toast it if you ask. My daughter eats this every time we come here. Everyone who works here seems to be nice and like I said they've never messed up my order. The owner is sweet too. Sometimes they do special sandwiches or they'll offer Pho for sale. If you ever see them offer pho on Facebook you NEED to try it. The place is clean and bonus they have a loyalty rewards program where you can earn free food. Husband has been to vietnam and agrees they're legit too. I mean seriously why are you reading this and not going to get a banh mi?
